These terms govern your use of themetalroofers.com and the roofing services provided by The Metal Roofers, a metal roofing contractor based in Nashville, Tennessee (TN Contractor License #75515). By using this website or requesting work from us, you agree to these terms.
Estimates are provided free of charge. Any pricing shown on this site is a general range, not a quote. A binding price is set only in a written estimate confirmed after an on-site assessment of your roof. A written estimate is valid for the period stated on the estimate.
Installation dates are scheduled after a signed estimate and any required deposit. Permit and HOA or historic-review requirements vary by jurisdiction and are confirmed before work begins. Weather, material availability, and site conditions can affect timelines.
The final price reflects the agreed scope of work. Conditions discovered after tear-off, such as damaged decking or structural issues, may change the scope and price, and any change is documented before the additional work proceeds. Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due, are specified in your written agreement.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and refund terms, including any handling of custom-ordered or fabricated materials, are set out in your written agreement.
Workmanship is covered by our lifetime workmanship warranty as described on our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty page. Manufacturer finish and material warranties are provided by the product manufacturer and passed through to you. Warranty coverage requires that the roof is not altered or serviced by another party in a way that affects the installed system.
We help document storm or hail damage and coordinate with your adjuster. We are not a public adjuster and do not negotiate claims on your behalf or guarantee any insurance outcome. Decisions about your policy and claim remain yours.
